The Devil'S Punchbowl Hotel, Hindhead

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern rooms that were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they had noisy machinery nearby. The service, particularly housekeeping, was top-notch, making my stay very enjoyable. While the location was perfect, right next to a gorgeous National Trust property, the facilities were a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The dining experience was hit or miss, with a good selection of alternatives but also some disappointing moments. Despite a few drawbacks, the hotel offers great value for money.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice overall, with a good shower and being on the second floor. The location is great, just off the A3 and right next to the Devils Punchbowl National Trust Property, which offers stunning natural views and activities like walking and riding. The dining experience was superb, with properly cooked food that felt just right for the price. The service was excellent and attentive, and the hotel is ideal and easy to find.

The hotel had a noisy cooling unit outside, and the room was cold, damp, and smelly. The location was lovely, right next to The Devil's Punchbowl National Trust park, which was a great advantage for walks and talks with family. The dining experience was average, with lukewarm food, and the facilities were more than ample despite some shortcomings.
